E) Retention Period

Data will be retained for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes indicated and, in any case, within the limits provided by applicable law:

  • For informational purposes, data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or up to 3 years after the last interaction;
  • For legal obligations, for up to 7 years from their creation.
