Terms and Conditions of Service

Prices and VAT

All prices include 10% VAT and are calculated based on the type of service requested. Any additional costs may result from extended waiting times, extra routes, motorway tolls, taxes, or other special requests communicated by the customer.

Minimum Fare

The minimum fare required for each pre-booked service, including vehicle dispatch, is €55.00.

Bookings

Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance. We do not recommend requesting instant or last-minute rides, as vehicle availability cannot always be guaranteed at very short notice.

Waiting Times

Airports and Railway Stations

The driver will wait up to 1 hour from the arrival time provided by the customer. In case of delay, you must promptly notify us by phone or email. Beyond the first hour, waiting can only be guaranteed subject to our confirmation of availability, with extra charges applied.

Hotels, B&Bs, and Private Addresses

The maximum included waiting time is 15 minutes beyond the agreed time. After this limit, additional fees may apply, or the ride may be considered canceled.
